Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Case Manager with at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury for pre-litigation.
This role is onsite in Costa Mesa and will provide firm paid dental and vision plans and medical insurance, a 401k plan, free parking, and PTO & Paid Holidays.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Case Manager to oversee a caseload of high-value pre-litigation personal injury cases through the Demands phase.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of personal injury experience, a history of managing high-volume caseloads, and a proven ability to work up complex cases, maximize treatment, and pursue policy limits ranging from $250,000 to over $1 million.
This is a 100% in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims from Pre-Litigation through Demands.
• Strategically work up cases by identifying all injuries, maximizing medical treatment, and building strong case narratives.
• Identify and verify policy limits early in the case lifecycle and align case strategy to recover the highest value possible.
• Evaluate medical records, treatment gaps, and damages to build compelling demand packages aimed at policy limit recovery.
• Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients regarding case progress, treatment, and expectations.
• Coordinate with medical providers, lienholders, and internal teams to support strong documentation and reduce post-settlement balances.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and support teams to proactively resolve obstacles and move cases forward efficiently.
Requirements
• 5+ years of personal injury case management experience, including extensive experience handling high-limit policy cases.
• Preferably experienced in a high-volume personal injury firm.
• Strong understanding of medical treatment plans, accident injury documentation, and insurance coverage structures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems (experience with Filevine preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
