Position: Personal Injury Attorney
Experience Preferred: 7-10 Years in Personal Injury Law
Location: San Antonio, Texas

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, 18-wheeler wrecks, workplace injuries, wrongful death, and more.
Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and build strong cases.
Prepare pleadings, motions, and case-specific discovery requests and responses.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Prepare for and take cases to trial when necessary.
Provide compassionate and attentive client service throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar Association.
7-10 years of litigation experience, including several years of plaintiffs' personal injury law.
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and courtroom skills.
Ability to manage a full caseload diligently and efficiently.
