Requirements:
- 5+ years of Personal Injury experience
- Previous plaintiff experience
- Licensed in New York and in good standing
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Previous Trial experience
Responsibilities:
- Managing personal injury cases through litigation
- Gathering data and interacting with clients
- Working legislation, policy, and procedure
- Updating and maintaining cases
- Maintaining client's file
