Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff)

As an Attorney in the Personal Injury Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to advocate for clients and secure significant wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements and verdicts.
Daily Tasks:
- Participate in depositions and hearings.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
- Develop legal strategies to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.
- Deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters.
Qualification:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- At least two years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation.
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent negotiation, research, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced legal environment.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 - $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
