One of our top clients a well-established and rapidly expanding Los Angeles-based firm is seeking a talented and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. They are committed to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. We are open to considering attorneys at all levels of experience, with a minimum of 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience required.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing medical records.
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel.
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.
  • Conduct depositions and examinations under oath.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal developments.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
  • Proven trial experience is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of California personal injury law and procedures.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
