Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Plaintiff
We are seeking an experienced and driven Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney to join a prestigious law firm in Beverly Hills, CA. This opportunity allows you to work on high-profile personal injury cases and represent clients with dedication and commitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law, including both pre-suit and litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury claims from intake to resolution.
- Manage pre-suit and litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take depositions, attend court hearings, and represent clients in trials.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide legal guidance throughout the case process.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Provide strategic legal advice and advocate on behalf of clients to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience, including pre-suit and litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in trial preparation and court appearances.
- Motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $130,000 to $175,000.
