Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial practice.
4. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven track record of achieving favorable settlements and verdicts for clients.
6. Strong understanding of medical, scientific, construction, products, engineering, and similar issues inherent in personal injury cases.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and case management systems.
