Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Plaintiff Dallas, TX

A well-established and respected law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful cases, represent clients with compassion, and take your litigation skills to the next level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law, including both pre-suit and litigation work.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution


  • Handle all aspects of pre-suit and litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery


  • Take depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in trial when necessary


  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide legal counsel and case updates


  • Collaborate with a skilled legal team, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff


  • Develop case strategies and advocate vigorously for client outcomes



Qualifications & Skills

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school


  • Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience handling personal injury matters


  • Strong legal writing, research, and litigation skills


  • Confident in client interactions and courtroom settings


  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple cases


  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player



Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience (typically ranging from $115,000 to $175,000)
