$120K - $130K Full-time View Full Job Share Job Position Overview The Personal Family Assistant position is a dynamic role focused on providing comprehensive household and lifestyle management for a family in Woodside, California. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and adaptability to support all aspects of family life. The assistant will serve as the primary coordinator for household operations, family scheduling, and daily logistics, ensuring smooth running of the household while anticipating and meeting the family's evolving needs. Responsibilities The Personal Family Assistant will manage a wide range of duties to support the family's lifestyle and household needs: Estate services Coordinate relationships with service providers, contractors, and household staff Ensure the residence maintains impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization Monitor and maintain household inventory, including supplies, groceries, and essential items Family Support Coordinate family calendars, appointments, and activities Arrange travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries Plan and execute family events, gatherings, and entertainment needs Handle personal shopping, errands, and special requests Assist with children's activities and scheduling when needed Administrative Duties Manage household expenses and maintain accurate records Process invoices and coordinate with accounting team as needed Handle correspondence and communication with service providers Develop and maintain efficient systems for household organization Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in personal/family assistance or high-level household management Proven track record of managing complex households and family logistics Experience in luxury hospitality or high-net-worth family service is highly desired Skills and Attributes Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in standard office software and scheduling tools Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise discretion Valid driver's license and clean driving record Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements Knowledge of the Woodside, California area and local resources is a plus Personal Qualities Highest level of integrity and professional judgment Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Calm and collected under pressure Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented while maintaining big-picture awareness Commitment to excellence in service delivery
