Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive fitness evaluations and orientations, and lead personal training sessions.
  • Build and maintain a personal training client base following company standards.
  • Deliver personalized attention to members, ensuring their fitness journey is enjoyable and effective.
  • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products to provide the best support.
  • Regularly update and maintain the Personal Training App.
  • Instruct members on proper equipment usage and exercise techniques, with the ability to handle weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Ensure every member receives outstanding customer service.
  • Adjust and operate all fitness equipment as needed.
  • Exhibit regular and predictable attendance.
  • Participate in Personal Training-related meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support club operations.
Qualifications
  • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification is required.
  • CPR/AED certification is essential.
  • 1-3 years of prior Personal Training experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated honesty and integrity in professional conduct.
  • A strong passion for fitness and the drive to stay current in the industry.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Reliable, professional, computer literate, and exuding energy and friendliness.
Essential Physical Requirements
  • The role requires performing essential physical tasks, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay Transparency: $38-$67 per session; $17.95 per hour for non-session work; potential for additional bonus incentives.
