YOUR ROLE INCLUDES: - Business Development: Build and maintain a vibrant client base, manage your schedule for appointments, and actively market personal training programs to prospective clients through various channels.
- Service Excellence: Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts, personalize fitness programs for both in-person and virtual clients, and ensure the fitness area is organized and safe at all times.
- Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing education to enhance your knowledge and qualify for advancements within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- A genuine passion for fitness, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and proficiency in basic technology.
