Position Overview

We're seeking a proactive, motivated, and client-focused professional to join our team as a Personal Development Executive. In this position, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of purpose-driven professionals. You'll leverage your expertise to support the expansion of our premium personal development platform while building your own client relationships, mentoring others, and growing a values-aligned business. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a self-managed environment, enjoy consultative partnerships, set and achieve aggressive goals, and are looking for a performance-based revenue stream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize digital marketing strategies (training provided) to generate and manage inbound inquiries.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding, program participation and growth milestones
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to assess leaders' needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Implement a proven methodology to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Represent your brand in leadership events, content, and outreach opportunities
  • Engage in ongoing leadership, business, and communications training to refine skills and maximize results.
  • Promote a culture of self-leadership, service, and empowerment within the community.

  • Confident Communicator - Comfortable engaging with potential clients during a consultative sales process.

  • Experienced Professional - 12+ years in HR, client advocacy, communications, marketing, business, coaching, education, real estate, sales, or consulting preferred (full training provided).
  • Service Minded - Emotionally intelligent, articulate, and passionate about helping others succeed
