Work Location: NAVWAR OTC San Diego and Norfolk VA Work Schedule: Full-time, onsite Security Clearance: Secret Requisition: PSCR-0-SD Job Summary: The Personal Computer Support Technician will support the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) and provide In-Service-Engineering-Activity (ISEA) functions for tactical data links and related systems sponsored by PEO-C4I. The support will include the following areas of expertise: Technical Assistance, Fleet In-Service Engineering Support, Maintenance Support, In-Service Risk Management, Integrated Logistics Support, Technical Oversight of commercial/non-governmental In-Service engineering activities, Configuration Management, Readiness and Life Cycle Analysis, Technical Documentation Development and Reliability/Availability and Maintainability (RAM) reporting and metrics. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for computer hardware and software. Diagnosing, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems. Install and configure computer software and hardware. Requirements: Experience supporting DoD/DoN Networking and Information Systems performing troubleshooting and basic installation and configuration of information systems. Three years of work-related experience in computer technician support. High School Diploma. Salary: $70,000 - $82,500
