Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. This role is ideal for someone with a background in administrative support and financial management who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and daily communications
- Manage invoicing, tuition tracking, and financial reporting
- Assist with reconciliations
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external vendors professionally
- Support daily operational needs of the center
- Marketing and enrollment
- Event planning
- Community outreach activities
Requirements: - Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
- Strong financial literacy and prior experience with billing, bookkeeping, or budget oversight (QuickBooks or similar software preferred)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based systems
- Experience in a child care or educational setting is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
