Personal Assistant to the CEO Full-Time

Position Overview

The Personal Assistant to the CEO who's organized, sharp, agile, intuitive, and built for growth. This role blends executive support, internal coordination, and external communication. You'll work closely with the CEO and participate in key decisions, deals, and strategy meetings. You'll play a pivotal role in helping the company grow and making sure nothing slips through the cracks as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the CEO and company in early-stage calls and discovery meetings
  • Participate in internal ops meetings, helping drive action items forward
  • Handle confidential materials and priorities with absolute discretion
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, meeting summaries, and track action items
  • Curate professional correspondence, summaries, presentations & follow-up comms
  • Track and organize project timelines, deliverables, and reporting for development, construction, and property management efforts
  • Create and edit documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Maintain project files, contracts, draw requests, and compliance documents
