Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership in daily operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems
- Run errands and manage personal tasks for executive team members
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external contacts
QualificationsQualifications - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
