A dynamic and influential leader, who is both a successful real estate agent and a local Mayor, is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide seamless support in both personal and professional capacities.

This full-time, in-person role requires an intelligent, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, a strong communicator, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage personal affairs, administrative duties, and various projects efficiently. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Profit sharing & 401(k), Health insurance, & PTO

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and administrative support, ensuring seamless daily operations.

• Manage and prioritize the principal's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

• Accompany the principal between home, office, and various engagements.

• Act as a liaison, handling correspondence, travel arrangements, and daily communications.

• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure efficient execution of tasks.

• Oversee and assist with personal errands, household management, and special projects.

• Coordinate logistics for events, speaking engagements, and public appearances.

• Assist with marketing initiatives and content creation for personal, real estate, and political activities.

• Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

• Be available for occasional after-hours requests as needed.

Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring flexibility.

• Availability for occasional evening and weekend communication as needed.
