Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks, including errands, event coordination, and travel logistics.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain digital files, contacts, and documentation using cloud-based tools.
- Take initiative to anticipate needs and address them proactively.
Required Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar management platforms.
- Self-starter who can work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting C-level executives or remote teams.
- Familiarity with project management or communication tools
