Part-Time Personal Assistant High-Profile Philanthropists West LA
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support two high-profile philanthropists. This role involves a mix of estate management, scheduling, travel coordination, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and seeking the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
Location: West Los Angeles (Brentwood)
Schedule: Part-time, 3-4 days a week (Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-4 PM)
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage household operations, including vendor coordination and estate management.
- Book appointments, oversee scheduling, and coordinate with the principal's corporate Executive Assistant to align calendars.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including occasional coordination for additional family, and for business trips.
- Assist with expense reporting and bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience preferred).
- Oversee household purchases and maintain records of financial transactions.
- Help care for a small dog, including occasional feeding or coordinating pet-related services.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Estate Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of discretion.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience for expense tracking.
- Comfortable using Mac products (iPhone, MacBook, etc.).
- Familiarity with high-net-worth households and corporate coordination.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a private home office.
