Job Description
As a Personal Assistant, you will assist our executives in daily activities.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing proactive assistance to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as directed.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and events.
  • Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform errands.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies.
