Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of key communications
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and preparing for meetings
- Track and help follow through on daily operational tasks and projects
- Anticipate needs and proactively handle logistics and task coordination
- Provide real-time support throughout the day, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Coordinate with team members or third parties as directed
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism

- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role
