  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant working within the home and with children is an absolute must
  • Strong judgment, highly developed problem solving and project-management skills
  • Observant, takes initiative, has a great attitude, is reliable, has common sense, and can wear many various hats
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional mindset
  • Discretion and utmost respect for confidentiality
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively
  • No ego-comfortable handling high-level and hands-on tasks (e.g., picking up the children from school or walking the family's dog)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Meticulously manage the family's complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of all appointments, travel, and engagements
  • Personal shopping, executing special requests, errands and related duties as needed
  • Procuring household equipment, supplies and services as needed
  • Manage all aspects of international and domestic travel for the family, including ?ight, hotels, and transportation
  • Research and vet hotels, restaurants, and experiences, ensuring the highest standards
  • Assist in organizing family events, dinner reservations, and invitations
  • Coordinate special events such as charity functions and social gatherings
  • Act as a point of contact for the family's children, assisting with logistics, scheduling, and general coordination
  • Support the family's children with extracurricular activities, ensuring schedules are well-managed, and assist with occasional drop-offs/pick-ups if needed
  • Handle medical appointments, insurance claims, and new doctor/dentist setups for the family
  • Completing special projects as needed
