As a Personal Assistant at Messa Sync, you will play a key role in supporting our executive team by managing daily tasks, organizing schedules, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that all administrative functions are performed efficiently, allowing them to focus on the strategic growth of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the calendar and schedule of the executive team, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are timely and organized.
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person inquiries on behalf of the executive team.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and other events.
  • Perform administrative duties, including document management, filing, and ensuring the smooth operation of office logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide support for various office tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
