We are looking for an experienced Personnal Assistant to support our CEO and Companies Group Managers.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative duties, in multiply different companies all under the Rad-Bynet group.
What will you do? - Proactively assist with all administrative needs, including Meetings - planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology based on participant needs, and all other meeting logistics.
- In charge of all administrative actions of the philanthropic side - manage violin database and loan agreements, assistance in the high-tech initiatives.
- Data mng - contacts management, information collection/presentation preparation.
- Travels & event mng and guests' accommodation, mange and file expense receipts system ,technical support facilitation, visas, gifts providing, event coordination, and anything else that comes up in relation to travel/ guests.
- Assist with ad-hock admin requests.
- Care for ongoing administrative tasks (business & semi-personal).
- Expense reporting end-to-end.
Qualifications - External Prerequisites:
- Experience working as admin assistant - must (with references)
- Availability throughout the week, including unconventional hours when needed
- Excellent written and spoken English (native - an advantage)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work with C-level and Board members.
- Proactive and solution-driven, organized, precise, and able to act independently
- Discreet and confidential.
