A well-established veterinary practice in Morpeth, Northumberland, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and close-knit team. Offering up to £70,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for a vet looking for career progression, clinical freedom, and a positive work-life balance in a modern, well-equipped practice.

The Role:

  • This role is ideal for a vet with an interest in medicine who may be working toward a certificate.
  • The practice is flexible on hours (full-time or part-time), but the successful candidate must be available to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
  • No Sundays, OOH, or on-call.
  • Flexible working options - full-time and part-time considered.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Adaptable and flexible within a small, collaborative team.
  • Confident in surgical procedures or eager to develop their skills in this area.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding pet healthcare and client service.

The Practice & Team:

  • Located in the market town of Morpeth, this centrally positioned practice offers easy access, ample parking, and a convenient location near local shops. The practice is led by a Royal Dick graduate who owns and operates two thriving practices in the North East. The modern surgery is designed to industry-leading standards and features:
    • Digital X-ray
    • Ultrasound
    • Dental facilities
    • In-house laboratory
