Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

Rate: $42,000 to $58,000 based on education, experience, and program.

Full Time - 40 hours/week

The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking dedicated and passionate

candidates for our Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager Position.

Successful candidates are dedicated to working with homeless individuals

providing assistance, advocacy, and support to them as they move quickly

into housing and provide client-driven services to assist in maintaining

housing.

A successful candidate will have a passion for serving the homeless

community; embrace a housing first service model, utilizing harm reduction,

progressive engagement, and trauma-informed care methodologies in

client engagement. Must function well in a team environment; be dedicated

to high-quality, low-barrier services, and thrive in an exciting and

ever-changing environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exhibit strong collaborative skills
  • Eager to embrace a model of service delivery based on harm reduction, trauma informed care and client choice
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills
  • Knowledge of the Social Services available through Franklin County, the State of Ohio, and local agencies.
