Permanent Placement Technical Recruiter (Full Desk)


The Judge Group is looking for a Permanent Placement Technical Recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. As a Permanent Placement recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, as well as the development of job postings, sourcing/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.


Job Responsibilities

  • Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media
  • Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
  • Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
  • Identify new business and develop relationships with key client hiring managers and senior executives
  • Developing job postings, searching/screening/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
  • Expand and maintain existing client base, maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities

Minimum Requirements

  • A desire to build a career in Recruiting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • 2+ years in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager or Recruiter role
  • Proven sales track record - Account Manager / Business Development
  • Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/money motivated and strong desire to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
