Average salary rate is $76,800 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
POSITION PURPOSE
Supervises Permanency staff to support the well-being of children in the Permanency Services Program. Coordinates with community stakeholders and agencies, and ensures accurate and timely service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and support Permanency staff, ensuring case file accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Participate in program planning, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Develop and implement Permanency Program policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with public/private agencies and community resources for service delivery.
- Facilitate family preparation for Permanency through assessments, home visits, and mentoring.
- Ensure timely and accurate court documentation and adherence to court orders.
- Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention as needed.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; promote teamwork and cultural sensitivity.
SUPERVISION
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff per agency policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with 4+ years in child welfare
- Experience: Supervisory experience in a Permanency Services program preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and financial comprehension skills.
