Job Description
The role of the Permanency Specialist (PS) is to assist clients in strengthening and establishing lifelong connections that will facilitate success throughout their lives. The PS establishes clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions. Working as a team to ensure interactions are goal oriented and clinically apocopate. The PS will perform some or all of the following services: provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths and develop support networks that will help them overcome barriers; provide education and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, and positive communication.

Requirements
  1. Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, including direct experience working with children and families
  3. Valid driver's license with insured transportation
  4. Position requires background and driving record check before starting.
