COMPENSATION AND PERKS - $440K+ per year
- $800 daily guarantee plus net collections (30%, increasing to 35% after $750K)
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000
- Profit sharing and equity/ownership opportunity after 2 years
- Flexible schedule 3 or 4 days/week (Fridays OFF)

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - State-of-the-art facility with new iTero scanner
- Invisalign services available (if desired)
- Clinic volume: patients/day, including hygiene
- Clinic hours: Monday Thursday (flexible to 3 days)
- Fully staffed support team: Hygienist, Dental Assistant, EFDA
- Solo provider position
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Open to new graduates
- Must be comfortable with simple extractions, dentures, and removable prosthetics
- Experience in implants and root canals is a plus, but not required
- Open to H-1B visa candidates
