The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and collaborates closely with the Chief of Surgery. In this role, you will be supported by an CNOR Operating Room Nurse Supervisor and a CPAN PreOp/PACU RN Supervisor. The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager also partners with physicians, quality teams, and administrative leaders to help align patient care goals with organizational objectives.
The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager will oversee a department that includes 4 operating rooms and 10 PreOp/PACU beds. This unit offers a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere where skilled MDs, CNOR professionals, and RNFA experts work side-by-side.
