Perioperative

This full-time Surgical Technician position requires 8-10 hour day shifts totaling 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and required call rotation (must live within 45 minutes). Reports to the Director of Perioperative Services and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

•  Certification by the National Association of Surgical Technicians and current BLS required.

•  Previous surgical tech experience preferred.

•  Responsible for correct counts, sterile field setup, handling instruments/prostheses, medication labeling, patient positioning, and safety.

•  Assists with gowning, draping, and site verification.

•  Must maintain ongoing education and participate in training.
