Job Description:
We are seeking a Perinatal Director to lead and manage operations in our Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Neonatal units. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical and administrative functions, implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional maternal and newborn care. Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards.
General Requirements:
•Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN); Master s degree in Healthcare or Nursing Leadership preferred.
•Active RN license in Illinois.
•Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
