As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our digital acquisition efforts across key paid channels.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our paid media strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling HydroJug's performance marketing channels including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Google, and affiliate programs.
This individual will be the primary driver of paid media efficiency, testing roadmaps, and next-step recommendations to grow the HydroJug brand profitably while adhering to contribution margin targets. They will play a critical role in presenting weekly performance reporting to the leadership team and will manage a team (specialists and/or agencies).
Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Management & Execution- Lead day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate, etc.).
- Ensure campaigns are optimized toward key business KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin.
- Manage and collaborate with any agency partners and in-house team members to ensure alignment and executional excellence.
Testing & Innovation- Own the testing roadmap across channels, including audience strategies, creative testing, bidding, and new platform pilots.
- Continuously research and recommend innovative strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to brief and test new assets based on data-driven insights.
Reporting & Analysis- Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards.
- Deliver weekly performance updates and key insights directly to the leadership team.
- Provide actionable next-step recommendations supported by data, focusing on scaling wins and course-correcting inefficiencies.
Budget & Planning- Own paid media budget planning, pacing, and allocation to maximize efficiency and meet financial targets.
- Forecast paid media performance and contribution margin projections.
Leadership & Team Management- Manage and mentor a small team of performance marketing specialists and/or agencies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, testing, and continuous improvement within the performance marketing function.
Qualifications- 5+ years of direct experience managing performance marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Google, Affiliate, etc.).
- Proven track record of profitably scaling paid media channels in an eCommerce/DTC environment.
- Experience reporting to executive leadership and synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Amazon Ads.
- Expertise in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial accountability toward contribution margin targets.
- Prior experience managing a team and/or agency partners.
