We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of data-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth. This role is focused on performance-based strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic display, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate will be analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about using data to inform decisions and maximize return on investment (ROI). Your ultimate goal will be to improve customer acquisition and contribute directly to the company's growth through high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and optimize ad spend to improve cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance conversion rates and engagement.
  • Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively to achieve marketing goals while maximizing efficiency.
  • Work closely with content, design, SEO, and sales teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools, tracking pixels, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc.) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Expertise in PPC advertising, social media ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
