This position is a hybrid position, and just 3 days in the office are required.
What's the role?
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, implementation, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. You are able to quickly assess, understand, and manage initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven and self-motivated, and ready for any challenge thrown their way.
What you'll do
- Manage a cross-functional team to traffic direct sales and programmatic digital advertising campaigns
- Spearhead new advertising campaigns through connected TV and YouTube Ads
- Manage and analyze programmatic campaign effectiveness across content types, adjusting campaigns as needed to maintain profit margins
- Plan, create, implement and monitor campaigns on search and display platforms through search engines and social media platforms
- Analyze the effectiveness of our digital campaigns and optimize accordingly to help our brand achieve the best possible cost per action, click-through rate, and CPC metrics
- Research our competitors to ensure our offerings/ads are competitive within the marketplace
- Examine ongoing results to identify campaign trends and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for improvements
- Maintain and monitor keyword performance, account daily and monthly budget caps, impressions, quality score, and other key performance metrics
- Oversee, manage, and generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics
- Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different departments to ensure the best user experience
Measures of success
- Manage the performance marketing team within the marketing department, ensuring the effectiveness and happiness of employees
- Meet all acquisition KPI's for FTD, TTV, CTR, and others
- Deliver new advertising strategies across different channels such as YouTube and connected TV
