Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead media planning, campaign execution, and optimization for paid display, social, and app channels. This crucial role will drive user and buyer growth through strategic paid advertising, collaborating closely with diverse teams to ensure impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, optimization, and analysis of paid social, display, and app campaigns.
  • Drive user and buyer growth by developing and executing targeted paid advertising strategies in conjunction with marketing leads, focusing on ad flighting, audience targeting, and creative strategy.
  • Conduct A/B tests and performance analyses to enhance campaign effectiveness and continuously drive results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key technology partners, such as Google and Meta, to implement innovative advertising strategies that enhance engagement and growth.
  • Work with the performance marketing lead to explore and apply advanced advertising solutions, including predictive analytics and generative AI, to stay ahead of industry trends.
What you'll need:
  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven history in managing campaigns across various paid media channels. Experience in OTT, CTV, or DOOH is a plus.
  • Familiarity with western paid advertising platforms such as X, Snapchat, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Understanding of web and app attribution modeling and tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of ad targeting and optimization tactics, with key performance metrics awareness across the full funnel (Reach, VTR, CTR, ROAS).
  • Preferred if you have exposure to the travel and tourism industry beyond just being a traveler.
