Roles & Responsibilities:
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing (50%)
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns
- Optimize ad creative and audience targeting
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
- Monitor budgets based on performance data and work with marketing director to adjust budgets.
- Ad Creative & Collaboration with Design (20%)
- Brainstorm, develop, and pitch ad creative ideas
- Work with marketing director to provide clear creative briefs, ensuring ads are optimized for each platform and ad format.
- Work closely with the designer and content managers to execute
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives based on performance data.
- Analytics & Data Tracking (25%)
- Set up and manage tracking
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Build marketing dashboards and reports
- SEO & Organic Growth Strategy (10%)
- Work with content manager to develop an SEO strategy
- Optimize on-page SEO
- Monitor SEO performance and organic traffic growth
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience collaborating with designers, and content teams to produce marketing assets.
- SEO knowledge, including content strategy, keyword research, and technical SEO best practices.
- Ability to manage campaign budgets, optimize ad spend, and track performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong skills in data visualization and reporting
