In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-performing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads). The focus is on generating high-quality leads that convert at scale, achieving low CPLs without sacrificing conversion quality, and continuously improving campaign efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, build, and manage Paid Search campaigns focused on B2C lead generation.
- Directly oversee and optimize large-scale national acquisition campaigns, ensuring each aligns with business objectives and brand voice.
- Manage multiple brand accounts with monthly budgets of $100K+ per account, including pacing, allocation, and ROI tracking.
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reporting to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and keyword targeting to increase efficiency and reach the right users.
- Craft and test compelling ad copy and extensions to improve CTR and drive qualified traffic.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking and attribution models for accurate measurement.
- Run ongoing A/B tests to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Stay current on Google Ads trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to define monthly strategy and budget planning for lead generation.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns B2C lead generation, with a proven track record in B2C lead generation.
- Demonstrated success managing large budgets ($100K+/month/account) while improving cost-efficiency and lead quality.
- Deep understanding of Search campaign structure, keyword match types, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and lead funnel metrics (MQLs, CPLs, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset-you're comfortable turning performance data into strategic decisions.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present performance insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset and passion for continuous testing and learning.
Preferred:
- Experience managing Paid Search campaigns in high-consideration or education-focused industries.
- Familiarity with tools like Supermetrics, Looker Studio, or other data visualization platforms.
- Exposure to YouTube Ads, and emerging PPC platforms such as Reddit, Quora, or Taboola/Outbrain.
- Understanding of lead scoring models, conversion quality metrics, and advanced attribution frameworks.
