Job Description: Responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies across channels like Google Ads and Facebook, and display networks, to drive qualified mortgage leads.
Job Responsibilities: - Plan and manage multi-channel paid campaigns to generate mortgage leads
- Optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead(CPL)and return on investment(ROI)
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
Pay Range: Up to- $110,000 based on experience
Experience/Qualifications/Skills: - 4 year of director to consumer marketing experience
- Preference for direct to consumer marketing in the mortgage industry
