About the Role


Ronbow is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our

paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels. You'll be

responsible for driving high-intent leads, optimizing ROAS, and implementing growth

experiments to maximize our monthly ad spend. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker

who thrives on turning analytics into actionable insights and thrives in a fast-paced,

Key Responsibilities


1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end management of Meta Ads, Google Search/Shopping, and programmatic campaigns (display, retargeting, geofencing)
  • Develop audience targeting strategies (lookalikes, intent-based keywords, custom segments) aligned with Ronbow's buyer personas
  • Oversee A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CPL and conversion rates.

2. Budget Optimization & ROAS Growth

  • Allocate budgets dynamically across platforms based on performance data (target: 20% reduction in CPL YoY)
  • Identify and scale high-performing campaigns (e.g., "Countertop Kitchen Promo") while sunsetting underperformers
  • Implement automated rules and AI bidding (e.g., Google Smart Bidding) to enhance efficiency

3. Cross-Channel Funnel Management

  • Collaborate with the CRM team to retarget leads and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Partner with the creative team to produce high-converting ad assets (video testimonials, 3D design visuals)
  • Ensure seamless tracking with UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations

4. Reporting & Innovation

  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports on KPIs: CPL, ROAS, CTR, and funnel progression
  • Stay ahead of platform updates (e.g., Meta Advantage+, Google PMax) and pilot new ad formats
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and optimize attribution models (data-driven or last-click)

Qualifications & Skills


  • Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns for DTC/e-commerce or premium brands (home design/luxury preferred)
  • Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DSPs (e.g., Display & Video 360)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimonster, VWO) and AI bidding strategies
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
  • Leadership: Experience managing junior team members or agencies.
