About the Role
Ronbow is looking for a data-savvy Performance Marketing Intern to support our paid
media efforts across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels. This is a hands-on role
where you'll learn to execute campaigns, analyze performance data, and contribute to
growth strategies-ideal for someone eager to launch a career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic campaigns (setup, monitoring, optimizations)
- Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Help build and refine audience targeting (lookalikes, custom segments).
Reporting & Analysis
- Pull and analyze performance data (CPL, ROAS, CTR) using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Create weekly reports with actionable insights for the Performance Marketing Lead
- Track competitor ads and industry trends.
Operational Tasks
- Implement UTMs and ensure proper tracking across campaigns
- Organize ad assets and maintain campaign documentation
- Support CRM team with retargeting list updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Basic understanding of paid social/search ads (Meta/Google Ads coursework or certifications a plus)
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
- Curiosity to learn bidding strategies, automation tools, and AI-driven ads.
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Google Tag Manager, or A/B testing tools.
