Overview We're looking for a Performance Marketing & MartechAnalyst to sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, data architecture, and platform integration. This role plays a critical function in ensuring seamless data flow between eCommerce platforms, marketing tools, and analytics systems-enabling accurate tracking, actionable insights, and performance optimization across the entire customer journey.
You'll support campaign execution, manage marketing data architecture, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to refine segmentation, personalization, attribution, and reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a technical, cross-functional environment and loves translating data into action.
Responsibilities Marketing Technology & Data Integration - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to manage API integrations and ETL processes that connect Shopify, CRM (Attentive), ESPs (SendGrid, Twilio), and analytics platforms.
- Architect and maintain marketing data infrastructure to support campaign execution, automation, personalization, and reporting.
- Manage end-to-end setup and QA for tracking pixels, event tracking, and consent management frameworks across marketing channels and platforms.
- Translate eCommerce and direct selling strategies into data solutions that power lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and on-site personalization.
Tagging, Tracking & Attribution - Own implementation and optimization of tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Design and troubleshoot tagging frameworks, UTM strategies, eCommerce event tracking, and audience segmentation pipelines.
- Collaborate with the BI team to establish attribution models and ensure reliable performance insights across paid media, email/SMS, and Content Creator programs.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and data QA processes for campaign and website performance.
Campaign Support & Martech Operations - Partner with Paid Media and CRM teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns-aligning on triggers, audiences, dynamic content, and channel orchestration.
- Assist in developing and refining email personalization strategies, using data to enable one-to-many and one-to-one messaging.
- Leverage marketing tools like Ordergroove, Shopify scripts, and ESP dynamic content logic to improve campaign performance.
Dashboarding, Reporting & Documentation - Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, GA4, or Google Data Studio to visualize campaign and site performance for digital marketing and merchandising stakeholders.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and tagging specifications for cross-functional education and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, web accessibility, and evolving industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, web analytics, or data-driven digital marketing.
- Experience managing and debugging web tags and tracking through GTM, Tealium, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and browser-based QA tools like Tag Assistant or Chrome Developer Console.
- Familiarity with Shopify, ESPs (Attentive, SendGrid, Twilio), and CRM platforms.
- Strong experience with performance analytics, attribution modeling, and cross-channel tracking.
- Comfortable building dashboards in GA4, Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Proven ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Bonus: Experience in direct selling, subscription eCommerce, or regulated industries (health/wellness, beauty, etc.).
