Performance Manager

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + Monthly Profit Sharing + Bonus Opportunities
Full-Time Client Success Digital Marketing
About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Manager to drive client success, optimize dealership outcomes, and strengthen relationships through strategic communication and data-driven insights. In this role, you will align dealership objectives with digital marketing solutions, proactively manage performance, and identify growth opportunities to expand accounts. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally and retain clients through exceptional service will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Retention
- Align upsell solutions with dealership goals and opportunities
- Retain accounts and product penetration to minimize churn
- Identify and implement strategies for client growth
Client Relationship Management
- Own and nurture one-on-one relationships with dealership points of contact
- Conduct proactive performance updates and ensure regular client check-ins
- Manage and execute action plans for 'At Risk' clients
- Handle inbound client requests and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Strategy & Performance Management
- Lead and manage Performance Calls for all active channels
- Provide performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients
- Deliver industry insights and best practices to optimize client campaigns
- Ensure marketing solutions align with dealership objectives and growth potential
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams (Client Success, Paid Media, and Sales) to support client outcomes
- Escalate budget changes, sentiment shifts, or performance concerns appropriately
- Share success stories internally and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate dealership and contact information in Salesforce
- Send timely performance updates, call recaps, and action items to clients
- Monitor client engagement and escalate unresponsive accounts as needed
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless launch strategies

- Alignment of marketing strategies with dealership objectives
- Effective problem-solving and rapid response to client concerns
- Expansion of accounts through additional solutions and increased budgets
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, client success, or performance-based roles
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations (preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and data analytics tools (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver results
