Per Diem Weekend Nurse

The Clinician II collaborates with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality, safe patient care across the continuum. Key responsibilities include coordinating wellness and chronic disease activities for the clinic's patient population, supervising medical assistants, and ensuring staff competency. The role requires critical thinking, leadership, and strong teaching skills.

•  RN license required; BSN preferred.

•  BLS certification required.

•  1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

•  Must have effective communication, educational, and coordination abilities.

•  Physical demands include lifting, standing, and exposure to clinic-related hazards.
