We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PeopleSoft to Workday Data Conversion Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data from PeopleSoft systems into Workday, focusing on both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial modules. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data throughout the migration process. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data mapping, a deep understanding of PeopleSoft and Workday systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support a seamless transition to Workday.
Required Skills:
- 84 months of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
- 84 months of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
- 84 months of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
- 84 months of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.
- 84 months of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
- 84 months of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures.
- 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various technical teams (but not limited to) such as PeopleSoft, workday, database administrators, cybersecurity analysts to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
- Oracle PeopleSoft Certification.
- Bachelor's degree.
