ANP Consulting, in collaboration with leading companies, is currently seeking a skilled and communicative PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support our client's PeopleSoft HCM system. This role will be crucial in providing both technical and functional expertise, with a strong focus on North America Payroll and related HCM modules.
Location: Remote (Work timings: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST to align with client time zone)
Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for Client's PeopleSoft HCM system, with a primary focus on North America Payroll.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Core HR, Benefits Administration, North America (NA) Payroll, Time and Labour, and other relevant PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Apply intermediate-level understanding and execution of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Updates, including analysis, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and reporting needs.
- Stay updated on the latest PeopleSoft HCM features, updates, and best practices.
- Effectively communicate technical and functional concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, with a strong emphasis on North America Payroll.
- Solid functional knowledge of Core HR, Benefits Administration, and Time and Labour modules within PeopleSoft HCM.
- Intermediate-level experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Updates, including the ability to analyze impact and apply updates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Must possess a neutral accent suitable for clear communication with North American teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with PeopleTools (e.g., Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, SQL) is a plus.
- Experience with integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and other systems is a plus.
- Prior experience working with North American clients or on North America-based projects is highly preferred.
