The Training Curriculum Developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team. The core duties include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties include other project activities as needs arise in documentation and system testing. Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively. Minimum Requirements: Developing training curricula for ERP systems Conducting training sessions in person and remotely (At least 4 years) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) (At least 4 years) Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system Using SoftChalk to develop training Using Camtasia to edit recordings Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials Experience with SharePoint Experience with Jira Experience working with the Scrum framework Technical Skills: ( These Skills Must Need In Resume ) Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) 4+ years PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system 4+ years SoftChalk (for training development) Camtasia (for editing recordings) SharePoint Jira Methodologies/Frameworks: Scrum framework Domain/Industry Experience: ( PLUS POINT ) Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government) - Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials Training/Instructional Skills: Developing training curricula for ERP systems Conducting training sessions (in person and remotely)
