- Process end-to-end HR transactions accurately using Workday.
- Manage employee queries and requests through the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Review and approve HR data changes in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with process guides and data input standards.
- Handle high volumes of employee data with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and efficient HR services.
Profile
A successful People Specialist should have:
- Has hands-on experience processing HR transactions in Workday or a similar HR system.
- Brings strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling large volumes of data.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving queries.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools like Salesforce and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Understands HR policies and procedures and applies them consistently.
- Maintains high standards of data privacy and integrity.
- Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or is working toward it (preferred).
