What you'll be doing:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, candidates, and employees.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries or requests, providing professional assistance.
- Maintain personnel-related data on the HR platform with high quality, ensuring all employment requirements are met to gain valuable insights.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure payroll processes are followed with 100% accuracy.
- Build effective relationships with departments and consult with line management, supporting front-line managers with People guidance.
- Coordinate the relocation process for new employees when needed.
- Partner with colleagues globally to ensure a vibrant and effective workplace.
- Ensure benefits programs are administered in line with policies and processes.
- Participate in and implement People Team projects, ensuring high quality and timeliness.
- Support the Head of People in implementing strategic goals and team activities.
- Contribute to ongoing organizational efficiency improvements.
- Promote a culture that supports high performance.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a People Partner or Human Resource Business Partner in a medium-sized organization.
- Understanding of UK employment law and experience handling employee relations issues.
- Experience supporting people processes and policies tailored to a flexible and agile organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills and role modeling capabilities.
- Experience supporting people projects across all HR functions.
- Key competencies include: high attention to detail, action orientation, trust-building, stakeholder management, empathy, and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is beneficial.
